
March – The Month of Life and Colours
Since the beginning of 2021, the resolutions of Early to bed and Early to rise has given us a little more time and the resolution of Greet the Sun, Feel the Sun has energised us.
Now is the the time to add some Life.
Resolution for the Month of March is “Move your Body”
Our Body is constructed to move. Various functions of the body become more efficient when body moves.
The Bones get Sturdier, the Muscles get stronger, The Joints and more flexible
The Heart gets a helping hand, so less strain on heart, Pressure on heart reduces so blood Pressure is maintained.
Our Body Movement helps blood reach all the remotest of places in our body thereby providing Nutrition and Oxygen to all the cells.
Our body movements helps our drainage systems keep our systems clean. Our lymphatic system cleans the body in every nook and corner, the Bowels are clear and satisfactory, the kidneys throw out effectively…..
Our body movements keep our balance and coordination systems well in equilibrium.
Activities helps to uplift our moods and keep your Hormones happy too.
Being active keeps our immune systems work more efficiently.

Household Activities: For those who don’t… A helping hand for your mother or your wife, a little bit of dusting every now and then, returning things strewn around to their places, setting table and putting off dishes after a meal, drying clothes, clear bed, iron clothes, walking to the market or groceries and bringing stuff…. Simple activities like these help you a step closer to good health and also gives your mother or wife to relax, exercise or pursue a hobby. Will be the best Gift for Womans Day which happens to be this Month

Hobbies: Dance, a sport, a pet, Gardening, Learning a new skill… be it pottery, skating…. will give you a rush of a lot of healthy Hormones in the body and gets your body and mind Happier.

Exercise: Atleast Half an hour of exercise everyday be it Yoga, a walk, weight training or simple flexibility exercises based on your age gives you enormous benefits..

Movement Breaks: You have a Sedentary job working through the day? Taking a movement break is much more beneficial than a tea break or a smoking break. Every 2 hrs take a small movement break. If possible go for a small walk, if not move your body all joints from your neck to your heel and get back to work.
So Resolution for the month of March will be
> Have atleast one household activity for yourself. Mothers and wives who have all household activities on themselves give away one activity to your loved ones for their benefit.
>Have One hobby which is Physical activity based.
>Practice atleast half an hour of Exercise everyday
>Take a movement break if you are sitting for an hour at a stretch.
