Resolution For the Month of November

Nature is a Nourisher, Nature is a healer.

So for good health it is very important to be as close to nature.

Let’s Resolve for the Month of November to

‘Embrace Nature’

You have been Sleeping Early and waking Early. Are your bed, Bed cover, and everything that cosily put you to sleep sourced from nature?

When you greet the Sun and throughout the day if the clothes you wear are natural especially cotton it will help your skin breath and take in energy from the sun and nature.

When you Hydrate yourself avoid the use of Plastic containers or water from the refrigerator. Water in a mud pot is a great refresher.

If we eat Healthy, also cook in natural containers like iron or mud…Avoid eating in melamine plates. Avoid the use of plastic chopping boards. Have you ever observed the knife scratches on your plastic chopping board. The little scratched out plastic would be probably going into you with your chopped veggies.

Keeping your house and yourself clean and hygienic is important….. Why not use more natural cleaners like shikakai, soapnut for hair, gramflour for skin and some coconut fibre as scrubber, vinegar and salt for some surfaces.

Finally stay as much as possible in natural light and continue the resolutions made each month since January this Year…….
