Begin with Relaxing your body for some time with complete Awareness

Observe your breathing being completely Aware of how your Breathing is.

Do your loosening and Asanas with complete Awareness of your body including your breath.

Or do the Exercises of your choice with complete Awareness.

Be aware of your body during every activity.

Be aware of your breathing while doing different activities.

Awareness During Eating.

Awareness of when to eat

Awareness of what you are eating.

Awareness of all the tastes of food

Awareness of textures of food

Awareness of your chewing activity.

Awareness of how much you are eating..

Awareness of Your Posture

Is your Spine straight?

Is your chest free to expand well?

Is your body well balanced?

Awareness of your Breathing

Is your breathing relaxed?

Is your breathing Silent?

Is your breathing Regular?
