Resolution for the month of September

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” is a famous proverb.

So to be an energetic, healthy person…

First let’s know some benefits of Play:

  • Relieve stress: By the release of natural happy hormones which make you feel good called endorphins.
  • Improves Brain function
  • Stimulate imagination: Help you adapt and solve problems.
  • Improve relationship: Sharing laughter and fun can foster empathy, compassion, trust, intimacy with others.
  • Play can boost energy and vitality and even improve your resistance to disease, helping you function at your best.
  • Develop and improve social skills, cooperation with others
  • Help to cope with emotions and Heal emotional wounds
  • Active play helps kids with coordination, balance, motor skills and spending their natural energy which inturn promotes better eating and sleeping habits
  • Help kids understand group dynamics, learn to negotiate, compromise, deal with others’ feelings

So Spend some family time together through play…
