Festive time is round the corner……. Festivities to celebrate the victory of Good over Evil.

Let us Achieve to Celebrate the victory of Positivity over Negativity within ourselves.

Through the Festive month of October Let us resolve to

Releases a lot of happy hormones,

Keeps muscles and joints relaxed and fit,

Helps all organs work effectively,

Keeps immune system strong and efficient.

Helps coping up stresses better.

When you wake up: Feel the Beautiful Morning

When you go to sleep: Look back at all the nice things you did through the day.

Through the day:

  • Know the positives of yourself and use it to annihilate your negatives. It will make you a better person.
  • Speaking a kind word, words of appreciation, words of gratitude to your family, friends, colleagues and anybody you encounter makes the world round you a better place.
  • See the positives in a situation, a person, and in the environment.
  • Do positive, an act of kindness, a help when need be to the world round you also gives positive changes within you.
  • Positive Emotions like Love, Happiness, Care, can remove negativities of Anger, Sadness…

Since the beginning of this year, every month we are making a compounding resolution for Good Health which is positive too. So let’s not miss any of them.

Go to bed Early with a sense of Achievement of the beautiful day you experienced. Wake up early with a smile to the beautiful morning.

Greet the Sun with Gratitude

Move your body and feel how much healthier your body has become since you have been accomplishing healthy resolutions.

Hydrate yourself, Eat healthy… Thanking Nature for it.

Breathe well taking in all positivity nature is giving you.

Be aware of all the good you have and all the good you do.

Grow your food. The plants themselves give you a lot of positive energy.

Play and enjoy and Celebrate with all dear ones.
