What is healthy Food?

Calorie Count, Well balanced, Keto diet, ______diet, etc?

Let’s keep it simple.

  • Eat the stuff your grandparents would eat.
  • Eat Unprocessed food that does not require a brand or an endorsement.
  • Eat seasonal – this too has become tricky now as everything is available every time. Try getting this info from parents or grandparents or other seniors.
  • Eat local – This is elusive too. We find everything growing here. Eat food which has its names in your local language.
  • Eat Fresh – Eating Fresh retains its nutrition…
  • Let your food satisfy all tastes…
  • Let your Food be colorful… Nature has given so many colours in its produce…
